Project Description:
Total Plot Area 800*800 = 640,000 M²
The Base Project is a proposed new Coast Guard Base located north of Doha in the state of Qatar.
The facility shall be utilized by the Qatari Coast Guard, will be their first independent facility in Qatar and comprises of two main elements:
1) The marine.
2) The land side.
This phase of the project is concerning the landside components of this important development.
The landside development shall provide multiple facilities including maintenance and operational workshops serving the marina, offices, a mosque, residential accommodation, sports and recreational facilities and training facilities and shall include state of the art security system and all infrastructures within the 64 hectare landside plot limits.
